Issue #1

Hey Page Turners,

Welcome to the first issue. Each week or every other week I am going to be sharing my ramblings from the week and giving you my literary updates. I will be sharing articles, book rec's, videos of anything I found interesting and hopefully you will enjoy reading it.

I loved doing my monthly updates on my blog (which you can find here...) and I wanted to do them weekly. This is the quickest way for me to get them out to you, call it my sub-blog. Blogging is my hobby and passion and I am really excited that I can extend this further and take you on the journey with me.

📚Books

I just finished reading Celestial Bodies by Jokha Alharthi. This won the international Booker Prize in 2019 and rightly so. It is written beautifully a story that follows three women and their families amidst the backdrop of Oman a society that is redefining itself after the colonial era.
