Hi Page Turners,
How has your week been? The rise of the death toll of Palestinians being killed is still rising. The risk of the invasion hasn't paid of and with hostages not being released or being released with too much of danger and destruction it is time that Israel's prime minister puts a stop to this. This article: https://theconversation.com/uk-newspaper-coverage-of-the-1967-six-day-arab-israeli-war-foresaw-decades-of-conflict-in-middle-east-21659 detailed how the so called six day war predicted the current conflict.

I finished The Idol by Louise O'Neill and I devoured it. At first I actually hated it but then as I read on it just gripped me and I couldn't put it down. Choice is abundant in today's world and sometimes it even feels overwhelming and suffocating.
Quote of the week ✏
‘People claimed they wanted the truth but when faced with it, it was too messy for them to accept. The truth often felt like a story, one with plot holes, an unreliable narrator.’- Taken from The Idol.
